Taco Potion #19
Recipe courtesy Alton Brown, 2010
Yield:1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons
Level:Easy
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 1/2 teaspoons hot smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
Put all of the ingredients in a small jar and shake to combine. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
Zell Networking Note: Use about 2-4 tablespoons per 1 pound meat. Use about 1/3 cup water. Bring to boil and simmer about 5-10 minutes or until done.
