Ingredients:
1 tbsp Chili Powder
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Onion Powder
1/8 – ¼ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
¼ tsp Dried Oregano
½ tsp Paprika
1 ½ tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in small, airtight container. Use approximately 3 tbsp of mixture per 1 pound of meat. For best results, use about ¾ cup water, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
