Post by: Rob on October 25, 2014, 04:52:34 PM

INGREDIENTS:1 1/2 tablespoons margarine/butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
2. Combine the margarine, salt, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce and pumpkin seeds. Mix thoroughly and place in shallow baking dish.
3. Bake for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
4. Transfer to a cookie sheet and bake for increments of 7 minutes, stirring between each interval until crispy and done.

NOTE: Adjust any of the seasonings to taste, except the butter. Using too much butter/margarine will cause the seeds to become soggy.
