One way we are accomplishing this is by offering General Support through our community forum. This support is provided by the community and is generally meant for basic support. General Support is free of charge; however, donations are appreciated as they will help cover the cost of operating this forum.
The other option is one-on-one Advanced Support. The Advanced Support System is designed to provide 100% one-on-one support for our clients. Advanced Support is a premium service and charges are pro-rated depending on the level of support needed. Rest assured that if we are unable to solve your issue in the online Advanced Support System, you will receive a discount or partial refund n your service.
